Melvin Suen
Founder & Managing DirectorMelvin began his career at IBM and later joined Accenture as a Management Consultant. Before founding Plus10, he worked with successful entrepreneurs at Strategic Coach, learning how leaders think about growth, people, and leverage.
He created Plus10 to bring that same depth of reflection to hiring and career decisions. His approach is also shaped by years of coaching high-performance dragon boat teams and teaching yoga: understand the person, create clarity, and help the group perform better together.
